Swimming

Swimming is one of the few sports which relieves the joints and muscles through counteracting the forces of gravity. Not only is swimming beneficial for the health of your cardiovascular system, it also helps develop full body intramuscular coordination. Swimming technique greatly affects the efficacy of swimming and thus contributes to the experience and the quality of effects on the body. For these reasons the swimming course will be led by a swimming coach. You will be able to learn the basic and advanced swimming techniques. Since safety is our top priority, the number of participants is limited to 10. You will need to sign up in advance on our page in order to attend the classes.

You will be able to swim throughout the year in the Olympic pool Koper. Entry is allowed only in proper swimming gear. All activities are attended at your own risk.
