Starting July 14, 2025, Šport UP is introducing a new system for booking and tracking participation in sports activities – the Studionaut app!

Over the past five years, we’ve been using a basic system that has served its purpose well. However, in the last two seasons, the number of users has significantly increased, surpassing the capabilities of the current system. To improve organization, enable more accurate attendance tracking, and streamline communication, we’ve decided to upgrade to a more advanced solution.
Why Studionaut?
The Studionaut app offers you:
- Faster and clearer booking of activity sessions,
- Easy access to current and past reservations,
- Timely notifications about changes in schedules, locations, or other updates,
- An improved user experience with a clean and informative interface.
Linked to Your University Email
To use the app, you’ll need a user account linked to your university email:
- students: @student.upr.si,
- staff: @xy.upr.si.
Alumni club members must write an email to sportup@upr.si. The Sport UP team will check if you have an active membership and afterwards do the registration for you. This process may take several working days as there will be additional communication going on with the Alumni club.
This ensures a personalized, secure, and seamless experience.
REGISTRATIONS ARE OPEN for students and employees via appropriate links on the main page of sportup.si. The links are located under the REGISTRATION-STUDIONAUT section, right beneath the NEWS section
