The majority of Sport UP activities have shut down. The only remaining one was Joga&Pilates – with only 5 people able to attend. We have decided it is therefore better if we move Joga&Pilates and basics of weightlifting to ZOOM. Starting on Monday, 26.10.2020, both activities will take place on ZOOM.
Basics of weightlifting will be renamed to Functional exercise – since we are aware that most of us don’t have a set of weights at home, the exercises will be simpler and more adapted to what our homes have to offer.
All students and employees of UP will be able to attend. The ZOOM links will be available on our web page + all those who have previously registered to Joga&pilates/Basics of weightlifting, will be receiving e-mails with the link on a regular basis.
The activities will take place on the same days as before but the hours have changed – so that people have time to come home from work. The new terms are as followed:
Monday 17:00 -18:00 Joga&Pilates
Monday 18:00 – 19:00 Functional exercise
Wednesday 17:00 – 18:00 Joga&Pilates
Thursday 18:00 – 19:00 Functional exercise
