Hoja po vrvi (slackline)
Hoja po vrvi oziroma slacklinu izboljša naše ravnotežje in stabilnost gležnja, kolena in kolka. Gre za gibanje, ki zahteva koordinacijo celotnega telesa in izboljša nadziranje stabilizacijskih mišic trupa in stopala.
Ker se delavnica izvaja na prostem, bo izvedba odvisna od vremena (v primeru dežja, bo odpadlo).
Za udeležbo je potrebna prijava, saj je število vrvi (in dreves) omejeno. Posebne opreme ne potrebujete, hoja po vrvi se izvaja brez obutve (ali s čevlji, ki imajo zelo tanek in povsem raven podplat – tekaški čevlji niso ustrezni).
Lahko prinesete deke/podloge za sedenje na tleh.

Slackline is a great way to improve your balance and challenge your body-mind connection. It strenghtens your core muscles and improves the balance of your foot, ankle, knee and hip joints.
Since this is an outdoor workshop, we will have to addapt to the weather (in case of rain it will be cancelled).
In order to attend, you must sign-up in advance (since the number of ropes and trees is limited). You do not need any additional grear – we walk barefoot (or in shoes with a very slim and flat sole – running shoes are not appropriate).
You can bring a blanket for sitting on the ground.
