Health based group exercise with elements of yoga and pilates, which under professional guidance will provide you with a stable, strong and healthy body and improve your flexibility and endurance. Due to the emphasis on breathing while performing the exercises, you will also learn to maintain internal balance and a relaxed state of mind. Through regular exercise your performance in your daily efforts and activities will also improve in the process.

Group exercise will be held on Mondays and Thursdays in the gym of the Koper Primary School. There is a limited number of spots so registering in advance is mandatory.
