Delavnica je namenjena u\u010denju in usvajanju pravilnih tehnik dvigovanja bremen.&nbsp;Dejavnost vam bo na voljo tekom celotnega \u0161tudijskega leta v telovadnici Osnovne \u0161ole Koper. Zaradi zagotavljanja kakovostne izvedbe vadbe,&nbsp; <strong>je \u0161tevilo vade\u010dih omejeno<\/strong>. <strong>Pred udele\u017ebo je potrebna predhodna prijava <\/strong>(obrazec spodaj).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>V dvorano je vstop dovoljen v \u010disti \u0161portni obutvi in primerni \u0161portni opremi. Dejavnost se izvaja na lastno odgovornost udele\u017eencev.<\/p>\n<p>ENG<br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">You can sign-up up to 30 days in advance!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The workshop has been renamed from &#8220;Basicsc of weigth lifting&#8221; to &#8220;Strength traning&#8221;. The workshop wil lteach it&#8217;s atendees how to properly execute popular lifting patterns. The course will take place at Osnovna \u0161ola Koper. The number of attendats is limited.
