Trening zdru\u017euje dalj\u0161i, manj intenziven tek in intervalni visokointenzivni teka\u0161ki trening (High Intensity Interval Training), kar omogo\u010da napredek na razli\u010dnih podro\u010djih teka.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>V prvem delu treninga bo poudarek na vzdr\u017eljivosti. Pod vodstvom izku\u0161enega trenerja boste tekli v spro\u0161\u010denem tempu, kar bo okrepilo sr\u010dno-\u017eilni sistem in postavilo temelje za dolgotrajno teka\u0161ko vzdr\u017eljivost. Razdalje bodo prilagojene va\u0161i pripravljenosti. Cilj je ohranjanje enakomernega tempa.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Drugi del treninga bo namenjen razvoju hitrosti, mo\u010di in eksplozivnosti z intervalnim visokointenzivnim treningom. Teka\u010di bodo izvajali kraj\u0161e ali srednje dolge intervale (50\u2013600 m) z aktivnimi po\u010ditki med posameznimi ponovitvami. Intenzivnost bo prilagojena posameznikom, pri \u010demer bodo intervali izvedeni z vsaj 50 % va\u0161e maksimalne zmogljivosti.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Treningi potekajo v \u0161portnem parku Bonifika.
