Gre za gibanje, ki zahteva koordinacijo celotnega telesa in izbolj\u0161a nadziranje stabilizacijskih mi\u0161ic trupa in stopala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ker se delavnica izvaja na prostem, bo izvedba odvisna od vremena (v primeru de\u017eja, bo odpadlo).<br><br>Za udele\u017ebo je potrebna prijava, saj je \u0161tevilo vrvi (in dreves) omejeno. Posebne opreme ne potrebujete, hoja po vrvi se izvaja brez obutve (ali s \u010devlji, ki imajo zelo tanek in povsem raven podplat &#8211; teka\u0161ki \u010devlji niso ustrezni).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lahko prinesete deke\/podloge za sedenje na tleh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ENG<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slackline is a great way to improve your balance and challenge your body-mind connection. It strenghtens your core muscles and improves the balance of your foot, ankle, knee and hip joints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since this is an outdoor workshop, we will have to addapt to the weather (in case of rain it will be cancelled).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to attend, you must sign-up in advance (since the number of ropes and trees is limited).
