Basics of functional weightlifting

Weight lifting is a healthy and effective type of physical exercise, which can be used on its own as a preventive measure or as a type of supporting exercise with the goal of reaching higher sports-related results. Choosing the right type of exercise, the intensity of this exercise and the use of correct techniques are all critical factors that contribute to the final result. Because of that, we invite you to join our free organised course, led by an expert who will guide you in this process.

The course starts in March in the gym of Osnovna šola Koper. It will be led by Marin Štefanec, B.S. kin., and will take place twice a week throughout the entire school year (note: check the schedule). The number of participants is limited and thus requires advance sign up. You can sign up by clicking on the event in the schedule.
