The basics of weight lifting

This activity is organised for anyone who is interested in weight lifting, whether they are just starting out or are looking for help and advice in specific movement/ techniques. An expert will guide you through the basic preparations, proper techniques and how-to’s of gradual intensity increase, which are all key in order to perform proper weight lifting without the risk of injury.

You will be able to attend the activity throughout the year in the gym located in Osnovna šola Koper. The number of participants is limited to 14 in order to ensure proper hygiene standards that meet the new hygiene policy. You will need to sign up in advance on our page in order to attend.

Entry into the gym is allowed only in clean sports shoes and proper clothing. All activities are attended at your own risk.
