Prijavite se samo na prvo srečanje in se s tem zavežete k obisku vseh 5 srečanj. Dodatne informacije o lokaciji boste prejeli, ko se boste prijavili.

Tek je eden izmed bolj popularnih športov s katerim se v različnih oblikah sreča skoraj vsak. Njegova dostopnost in učinkovitost pri ohranjanju zdravja sta dva izmed mnogih razlogov, ki podpirata njegovo priljubljenost. Kljub temu, pa so tekaški začetki lahko zelo naporni ali celo boleči. Izbira primerne podlage, razdalje, hitrosti in pravilne tehnike teka so pomembne pri začetnikih in bolj izkušenih tekačih, če želijo kar se da učinkovit, udoben in zdrav tek. Delavnica je praktično izobraževalne narave, kjer boste spoznali podporne krepilne in raztezne vaje, pravilno tehniko teka, različne vrste treningov in načine s katerimi lahko vrednotimo intenzivnost. S pomočjo naučenega boste tekli bolje, predvsem pa varno.

Delavnica je za študente in zaposlene UP brezplačna. Zaradi zagotavljanja kakovosti vadbe je število vadečih omejeno na 15 oseb. Za udeležbo je potrebna predhodna prijava,.

S seboj bodo udeleženci morali imeti vremenu primerna športna oblačila in tekaško obutev. Obiskovanje delavnice je na lastno odgovornost.


Running is one of the most popular forms of sport that almost every individual experiences on a daily basis in one way or another. Its accessibility and the beneficial effects it has on maintaining a healthy body and mind are just two of the reasons why running is so popular, even though the initial phase of starting to run on a regular basis can be hard and painful. Choosing the right surface to run on, the appropriate distance and the speed at which to run, all while maintaining the proper running technique, is important for both beginners and experienced runners if they want to experience an effective, comfortable and healthy type of running. The workshop is of a practical and educational nature and will thus include strength exercises, mobility drills, and proper running technique lessons, all supported by different evaluation techniques. The key is to not only learn how to run better but also more safely.

The workshop is free of charge for all students and employees of UP but the number of participants is limited to 15.
