Obvladovanje stresa (Stress management)
Spletna delavnica je namenjena študentom in zaposlenim, ki si želijo bolje razumeti vpliv stresa na naše telo in vedenje.
Po kratkem uvodnemu predavanju bo sledil prikaz in preizkus različnih tehnik, ki jih lahko uporabljamo, ko se soočamo s stresom in nam pomagajo slednjega obvladovati.

The workshop is intended for both students and employees. After a quick run-through the different types of stress sources and the effects of stress on our body and mind, we will demonstrate and try out an array of techniques that can help us manage and control our stress response.
The workshop is free of charge and is in Slovenian language – if there will be enough interest for an English version, we will organise it separately in the following weeks.
