Obvladovanje spanca (Sleep management)
Spletna delavnica je namenjena študentom in zaposlenim, ki si želijo bolje spoznati kako spanje vpliva na naše zdravje in na kakšen način lahko izboljšamo njegovo kvaliteto.

The workshop is intended for both students and employees. We will learn how sleep affects our sleep and general well-being and how we can change the quality of sleep by integrating different types of behaviour into our waking hours.
The workshop is free of charge and is in Slovenian language – if there will be enough interest for an English version, we will organise it separately in the following weeks.
