Intervalni visokointenzivni tekaški trening (HIIT running)
Intervalni visokointenzivni tekaški trening je namenjen vsem, ki si želijo izboljšati svojo eksplozivnost, hitrost, moč in splošno telesno pripravljenost. Pod vodstvom atletskega trenerja boste tekli po načrtu, prilagojenem vašemu nivoju pripravljenosti, od začetnikov do izkušenih tekačev. Trening temelji na kombinaciji kratkih /srednje dolgih intervalov in obdobij aktivnega počitka, kar zagotavlja maksimalen učinek. Razdalja bo od 50-1000m in vsaj 50% vaše maksimalne zmogljovosti.
Poleg fizičnih koristi je ta trening odlična priložnost za premagovanje osebnih mej, motivacijo in doseganje novih ciljev v spodbudnem okolju. Prijava je obvezna, saj se program prilagaja številu udeležencev in njihovim ciljem.

High-Intensity Interval Running Training is designed for everyone looking to improve their explosiveness, speed, strength, and overall fitness. Under the guidance of an athletic coach, you will follow a training plan tailored to your fitness level, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced runner. The training combines short to medium-length intervals with periods of active rest, ensuring maximum effectiveness. Distances will range from 50 to 1000 meters, performed at a minimum of 50% of your maximum capacity.
In addition to physical benefits, this training is an excellent opportunity to push your limits, stay motivated, and achieve new goals in an encouraging environment. Registration is mandatory, as the program is adapted to the number of participants and their goals.
