Funkcionalna vadba Izola (Functional exercise Izola)

Od novembra dalje se funkcionalna vadba v Izoli izvaja v prostorih OŠ Vojke Šmuc! Oglejte si spodnji video posnetek za lažji dostop do telovadnice.

Funkcionalna vadba je dinamična in celostna vodena skupinska vadba, katere namen je izboljšanje telesne pripravljenosti s pomočjo raznolikih vaj, ki so zasnovane za razvijanje moči, gibljivosti in stabilnosti. Pri funkcionalni vadbi se osredotočamo na gibanja, ki so del vsakdanjega življenja, kot so dvigovanje, potiskanje, vlečenje in upogibanje. To pomeni, da se udeleženci učijo izvajati vaje, ki simulirajo naravna gibanja in krepijo mišične skupine, ki so ključne za vsakodnevne aktivnosti.

Zaradi svoje prilagodljivosti je funkcionalna vadba primerna za vse starostne skupine in stopnje telesne pripravljenosti, saj se lahko prilagodi posameznikovim sposobnostim in ciljem. Ta vrsta vadbe je odlična izbira za tiste, ki želijo izboljšati svojo telesno moč, gibljivost in vzdržljivost na učinkovit in raznolik način.

Število mest je omejeno na 10, zato je potrebna predhodna prijava.
