Osnove dvigovanja bremen (weightlifting basics)

Delavnica Osnove dvigovanja bremen je namenjena učenju pravilnih tehnik dvigovanja bremen, ki so ključne za varno in učinkovito vadbo moči. Udeleženci bodo spoznali pravilne gibalne vzorce pri osnovnih vajah, kot so počep, mrtvi dvig, izpadni koraki, potiski nad glavo in drugimi vajami za zgornje okončine. Poudarek bo na pravilni izvedbi, ki zmanjšuje tveganje za poškodbe in omogoča dolgotrajno napredovanje v vadbi moči. Pridobljeno znanje bo udeležencem omogočilo varno vključevanje teh vaj v svoje redne treninge ter dolgoročno izboljšanje telesne pripravljenosti.

Delavnica se bo izvajala v manjših skupinah pod vodstov izkušenega kineziologa. Priporočljivo je redno udeleževanje, saj se bodo delavnice navezovale, vsebina pa se bodo prilagajale vadečim. Vabljeni začetniki in izkušeni vadeči, ki si želite izboljšati ali spremeniti tehniko dvigovanja!

The “Basics of Weightlifting” workshop is designed to teach proper lifting techniques, which are essential for safe and effective strength training. Participants will learn the correct movement patterns for foundational exercises such as squats, deadlifts, lunges, overhead presses, and other upper body exercises. Emphasis will be placed on proper execution to reduce the risk of injury and ensure long-term progress in strength training. The knowledge gained will enable participants to safely incorporate these exercises into their regular workouts, leading to sustained improvement in physical fitness.

The workshop will be conducted in small groups under the guidance of an experienced kinesiologist. Regular attendance is recommended, as the workshops will build upon each other, with content tailored to the participants’ needs. Beginners and experienced lifters alike are welcome to join, whether you wish to improve or refine your lifting technique!

Mandatory equipment:
Clean sports shoes
A towel
Drink (at least 0.5 liters)
